Reloc8 UK have been working with Councils all around the UK for around 10 years, but specifically with London Borough Councils for the past 3 years assisting them with moving applicants outside of London.

 

Reloc8 UK has grown year on year since joining up with the councils for their out of London discharges.  In the last three years we have helped discharge over 400 households into Assured Shorthold Tenancies of 24 months.  However the demand has now increased due to the changes in property market and recent increase in Local Housing Allowance which means that more families are becoming benefit capped and unable to afford to live inside London.  Within the last 6 months we have housed a total of 180 applicants which is an increase of over 70%.  The projected number of lets for this financial year is 500 lets.

 

We have a highly trained and dedicated team who are specialised in not only dealing with Landlords & Agents but also with Councils and their tenants.  They are trained to provide services such as:

We are very pleased with the service and the support offered. The speed of finding tenants has helped us secure management of 109 flats in a block for the next 2 years.
